Our AMP Camps are a fun, yet challenging way to work towards your fitness goals in a small group setting. We keep class sizes small so that there is plenty of client/trainer interaction. We combine strength training, mobility, conditioning, and flexibility exercises into a faced paced 45-60 minute class. Like all of our training programs, each class is designed by our highly trained staff, and is never repeated.
